Mate is prepared in a gourd (the calabash) and drunk with a filtering straw (the bombilla). Preparation is quick and easy, it just requires a little practice.
We include preparation instructions in all orders. An article + an explanatory video is available on the site.

To prepare a traditional mate you need around 25 to 35g of herb to half fill the calabash.
With a 250g bag: ~10 mates
With a 500g bag: ~20 mates
With a 1kg bag: ~40 mates
Don't forget: Each mate can be re-infused ten times.
Our mate comes from an exceptional culture, it is possible to reinfuse it between 10 and 15 times during the day without changing the herb.

Première commande chez mimaté et belle surprise sur la qualité du maté.
Délai un peu long mais c'est parce que j'étais pressé d'essayer.
Par contre je trouve que le goût ressort plus à froid que chaud.
1 ère expérience loin d’être désagréable, je dirais même surprenante, je ne m’attendais pas du tout à ce goût la, et la préparation est simple mais originale, hâte de voir les bienfaits que ça apportera pour la reprise de ma saison sportive dans quelques semaines.

Les produits sont parfaits, par contre méthode d'envoi à revoir d'urgence ! Commande effectuée avec livraison express à domicile en supplément, envoi effectué 7 jours plus tard, réception 14 jours après la commande. 2 mails de demande de suivi, aucune réponse.
